This simple privacy note explains what the website is designed to do. It is intended as a starting point for the practice's approved POPIA review before launch.
Information you choose to share
The enquiry form is currently a local validation interface only. It does not send or store your information. When an approved contact integration is selected, the practice should update this page with the provider, retention period and contact process before enabling delivery.
Bookings and external links
The online appointment button opens the practice's public booking service. WhatsApp, Google Maps and other third party links are operated by their own providers and have their own privacy terms.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics script is enabled by default. An optional analytics identifier can be configured at build time only after the practice has approved the provider, purpose, retention and consent approach.
